We run pop culture trivia nights, musical bingo, drag shows, comedy nights, and themed events at venues across Toronto — open to the public every week. We also produce fully custom corporate events for teams of all sizes, including trivia, bingo, karaoke, board game nights, live music, and arts & crafts workshops. Everything is hosted by professional comedians, drag performers, and crowd-workers. Remote/virtual options available too.

Most trivia companies read questions off a clipboard. We build fully custom, themed experiences — original questions, branded slides, props, and hosts who are actual performers. We've produced 1,000+ events for 200+ clients including Google, Shopify, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We're also proudly LGBTQ+ owned and operated, and our events are designed to be inclusive and genuinely fun for people who claim they hate trivia.

The fastest way is through our booking form at qetrivia.io/contact — we typically respond within 1 business day. For urgent inquiries, you can also DM us on Instagram @qetrivia. We don't have a general phone line, but once you book a discovery call, you'll speak directly with our team.

Public event tickets are typically $15–$25 per person and available on Eventbrite.
Corporate events are custom-quoted based on headcount, format, and whether you need A/V, a venue, or just a host. Most corporate event PACKAGES start around $500-$800 for smaller teams and scale from there. We'll always give you a clear quote before you commit — no surprise fees.
-
Pretty painless, honestly. You book a quick discovery call, we ask a few questions about your team and goals, and then we handle everything: custom questions, themed slides, host, props, and logistics. Most clients say the hardest part is picking a date. We've worked with teams as small as 8 and events as large as 500+, in-office, at venues, and on Zoom.
-
We recommend at least 2 weeks for most events, though we've pulled off bookings with less notice. For large events (100+ people), holiday parties, or highly customized formats, 4–6 weeks gives us the best runway. Reach out early — our calendar fills up fast in Q4 and around Pride.
-
Yes! We've run hundreds of virtual trivia nights and bingo sessions on Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet. The format is fully adapted for remote — breakout rooms, live scoring, digital answer sheets, and a host who actually keeps energy up on camera. Several of our longest-running corporate clients are fully remote teams.
-
Not at all. Solo attendees, couples, and groups of all sizes are welcome at our public events. We'll seat you with other players if you come alone, and the format is designed so that everyone contributes — you don't need to know everything, just bring your personality.
-
Absolutely. We bring everything we need — laptop, screen, speakers, props, and a host. You just need a space with a projector or large TV and enough room for your group. We can also help coordinate a venue if you don't have one.

100%. QE Trivia is LGBTQ+ owned and operated. Our events are explicitly designed to be inclusive, irreverent, and welcoming to everyone. Many of our recurring nights feature drag performers, and our content reflects a wide range of cultural references and identities. You'll never feel like an afterthought here.
